Kindly Direct Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support one adult in a one-to-one role in Woolwich, NJ.

This part-time opportunity may be a good fit for a college student, educator, caregiver, or human-services professional looking for meaningful, consistent work.

You will help an individual maintain routines, build independence, connect with the community, and work toward personal goals.

What you’ll do

• Provide support at home and in the community, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs and support plan.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful environment and follow individualized instructions.
• Complete required service documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly Direct Care team.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday, 3:15–6:30 p.m. Please review these hours carefully; reliability and consistency are essential because the individual and family depend on the agreed schedule.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour

Location: Woolwich, NJ

Driving: A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required; driving during shifts is required.

You’ll need to be dependable, patient, respectful, and comfortable working one-to-one. Candidates must be able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
