Job Summary
Kindly Direct Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Direct Support Professional to join our team in Englishtown, NJ. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-to-one with an adult with developmental disabilities, providing essential support and companionship to enhance their daily life. If you are passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community, helping them with daily routines and activities
- Provide companionship and community support to promote social connection and independence
- Encourage and assist with personal goals and progress, such as self-care, socialization, and skill-building
- Maintain a safe and stable environment, adhering to individualized support instructions
- Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with the Kindly Direct Care team
Qualifications
- Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule (TBD)
- Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
- Driving required
- Ability to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training
Additional Information
- Pay: $17-$21/hour
- Location: Englishtown, NJ
•Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 10 a.m.- 3 p.m
- Driving on shift: Required
