Part-Time Direct Support Professional

Our team of compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) understand the power of possibilities and are committed to providing one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities.
About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide support to an adult with developmental disabilities in West Wildwood, NJ. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in someone's life. As a DSP, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, encouraging independence, and promoting personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community
- Provide community companionship and assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs
- Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals
- Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions
- Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team
Qualifications
- Able to consistently commit to the posted schedule
- Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
- Experience welcome but not required
- Driving individual in the community required
- Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training
Schedule
- 2 days a week, 3 hours a day

- $17-$21 per hour
