Build Skills. Create Connections. Make a Difference.
Do you enjoy helping children learn, explore, and become more independent? Kids Club ABA is looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.
In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them develop skills they can use at home and in their everyday routines. You’ll receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and have opportunities to develop your own skills in the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Previous ABA experience is welcome, but it isn’t the only path into this career. We value people who are patient, responsible, eager to learn, and committed to supporting children and families.

- Sharing observations and updates with the supervising clinical team.
- Communicating professionally with families and caregivers to support consistency.
- Participating in supervision, team communication, and required training.

We’re looking for candidates who
- Enjoy engaging with children and supporting their development.
- Are patient, compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Can follow instructions and apply feedback from clinical supervisors.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can maintain accurate documentation and follow established treatment plans.
