Title: Residential Support Worker -1915(i) RISE program

Credentials: High School diploma or GED and valid driver’s license
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Special Skills/Knowledge Required : Reliable and dependable; ability to utilize the electronic medical record; excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Primary Functions of job
- Provide direct services in a residential setting to adults with Serious Mental Illness.
- Provide transportation services utilizing a KRCC vehicle.
- Assure safety and cleanliness in the home.
- Provide medication administration to clients in the home
Shift/Days & Work Hours : All shifts available-days, nights and weekends.
