Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour depending on experience
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability. Some evenings may be required
- Location: Remote

Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans remotely.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- NC License required.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs remotely.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
