As a Director of Healthcare Services/RN, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and manage a team of LPN/RN field nurses, CNAs, and PCAs to ensure client and patient goals are met
• Orient, train, supervise and retain qualified caregivers
• Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
• Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care

A few must-haves for a Director of Healthcare Services/RN

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in GA
• Minimum of [5] years of nursing experience in home healthcare
• At least (2) years of supervisory nursing and caregiver management experience
• CPR certification
• TB test (within past 12 months)
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
• Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
