🏡 Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
As an RN with Interim HealthCare, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while working alongside a supportive healthcare team.
❤️ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient’s individualized plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and ongoing care
- Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Recognize and report changes in a patient’s condition
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting
❤️ QUALIFICATIONS
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Home health experience is a PLUS!
