We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results driven leader. As a Clinic Manager you will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. This is accomplished by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.

Salary Range

• $115000 - $130000/ year depending on experience and qualifications

Work Experience

• Current RN licensure in the state preferred but not required; BSN preferred.
• Nursing experience preferred; candidates with relevant dialysis experience or dialysis certifications will also be considered.
• Experience in kidney failure, transplant care, or dialysis treatment preferred.
• Must meet applicable state and licensing requirements.
• 3–5 years of clinical, operational, or management experience in an ESRD facility preferred.
• BLS and CPR certifications preferred or required based on applicable regulations and job responsibilities.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret clinical and operational documentation.
