As a Behavior Technician you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician , you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based ABA therapies under the supervision of our trained and certified BCBA(s). Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA programs , including skill acquisition, problem behavior reduction, and generalization across settings
• Monitoring and recording client progress , using various assessment and data collection tools
• Working collaboratively with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers to ensure successful treatment outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans
