We are currently hiring a team of RNs to provide high-quality nursing care in home and respite care settings. This is a PRN/ Casual Role in the greater St. Cloud area and is ideal for nurses who want to make a difference while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle.

About this Role

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the Nurse Administrator
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support acute pain management strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on wellness and health management

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in private duty , home care , or acute care settings preferred
• Valid License Nurse credentials (MN)
• Proficiency in home care practices and protocols
• Familiarity with occupational health standards
• Strong diagnostic and clinical evaluation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
