At Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington, MA , we provide flexible, compassionate in-home care to help clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence. We are seeking adaptable and dependable caregivers who can support our clients through scheduled shifts and backup coverage when regular caregivers are unavailable.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Live-In Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide backup care for a 97-year-old female client in Middleton, MA. The client is mobile and in good health and needs assistance with daily living activities.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Middleton, MA
Schedule: 2 live-in days per week
Position Type: Backup / on-call, as needed
✨ Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with cooking
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide companionship and support with daily living activities
- Drive the client to appointments, errands, or other destinations as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid auto insurance
- Comfortable and able to transport the client
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and schedules
- Must pass a background check
- PCA, HHA, or CNA certification preferred, but not required
Flexible Scheduling Opportunities
This position is primarily for backup coverage. If backup care is not needed for this client, you may have the opportunity to cover other available shifts.
