About the job
Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of health care providers in home settings for 8-12 hour shifts. Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.
Qualifications
- Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Pediatric experience Preferred but we have Adult cases as well
- Provide Ventilator (vent), Tracheostomy (trach) & GT Care
- Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care
