Helping Hearts USA LLC | Flexible Day & Night Shifts | $12–$15/Hour
Helping Hearts seeks compassionate, dependable, experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care to seniors who need help with daily living.
Shifts 12 hours - TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and SUNDAY 7A-7P
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
- Experience with personal care and blood sugar management.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.(REQUIRED!!)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Current TB test
