Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule
- Position: ABA Behavior Technician 10 year old boy
- Location: Newark, New Jersey
- Job Type: Part time
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM, Sat- Sun 9:00AM-1:00PM
- Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
- Track client progress through data collection
- Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living
- Collaborate with families for consistent treatment
Behavior Technician Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
