We're looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to help seniors in the Baton Rouge area stay safe, independent, and connected at home. What you'll get

What you'll do
- Help clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare meals and handle light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and real conversation, often the part clients value most
- Keep the home safe and report any changes in your client's condition
- Document the care you provide each shift
Schedule
12-hour shifts, 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM, with shifts available seven days a week.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of verifiable professional experience caring for seniors
- 2 recent professional references (not friends or family)
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Ability to pass a background check
- A genuine heart for this work
