Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Medication Technician certification to join our skilled care team. As a CNA Medication Technician, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, while also assisting with medication administration. Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff

Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, as needed

Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin

Current certification as a Medication Technician (MT) in the state of Wisconsin

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and sizes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
