Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medication administration
Develop and maintain accurate and complete records of medication administration
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide basic nursing care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credit in healthcare-related field preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
