What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help with shopping, errands, and appointments as needed
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and incontinence care
- Support clients living with dementia and follow individualized care needs
- Promote clients’ safety, comfort, and independence in their homes
Qualifications
We’re looking for caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
Requirements include
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to obtain it with our guidance
- Current TB test or clear chest X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance through Live Scan
- Required vaccination status or an applicable exemption, in accordance with company policy
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for client assignments, as needed
