Responsabilidades
- Ayudar a los clientes con las actividades de la vida diaria (baño, aseo personal, vestimenta y uso del baño).
- Proporcionar asistencia para la movilidad y apoyo con transferencias cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar tareas ligeras de limpieza relacionadas con el cuidado del cliente.
- Ayudar con la preparación de comidas según sea necesario.
- Brindar compañía y apoyo emocional.
- Seguir los planes de atención y las políticas de la agencia.
Requisitos
- Licencia HHA activa.
- Ser confiable y puntual, con un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad.
- Tener una actitud compasiva y centrada en el paciente.
- Capacidad para ayudar con las actividades de la vida diaria.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto con el paciente como con el equipo de atención.
