Responsibilities
Duties may include
- Light housekeeping and household organization
- Hoyer lift transfers
- Incontinence care and brief changes
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Safety supervision and companionship
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Personal care
Qualifications
- Fun, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Passion for helping seniors and individuals in need
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (no theft or violent offenses within the past 7 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be ok with a cat
- Ability to arrive to scheduled shifts on time
Schedule
- Weekend availability is required
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- One-on-one client care
