Family and Friends Homecare – Lakewood, CO
Full-Time | In-Person Only | $28 per hour
Family and Friends Homecare , a trusted and growing homecare agency in Lakewood, Colorado , is looking for a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-person position plays a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and supports both caregivers and clients.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Lead caregiver recruitment : post jobs, conduct interviews, and hire
- Onboard new staff and maintain employee records
- Support employee evaluations and HR compliance
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate new client onboarding
- Build relationships with referral sources and assist with basic sales outreach
- Work closely with our Owner, Administrator, Care Coordinator, and Scheduler
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a homecare office (REQUIRED)
- Experience in HR, including interviewing and onboarding
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Familiarity with homecare regulations in Colorado is a plus
- Sales or client service experience is helpful but not required
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (full-time)
- Location: In-person at our Lakewood, CO office
