Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Care : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and maintaining independence.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team : Work closely with our healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Monitor and Document Progress : Regularly monitor residents' progress, documenting and reporting changes to our healthcare team and family members.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans : Develop and implement individualized care plans to address residents' needs, incorporating their goals and preferences.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance : Maintain a safe and compliant environment, adhering to regulations and standards, and identifying and reporting any concerns or incidents.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida, with a minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Certifications: BLS certification; Restorative Care certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
