What You'll Be Doing

As a BCBA with EzCare ABA, you'll play a key role in helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes by:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs
  • Monitoring client progress and making data-driven decisions
  • Providing parent and caregiver training
  • Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining clinical documentation and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for helping children and families succeed
