Glaucoma Specialist / Ophthalmologist – Private OD/MD Group - Up to a $50,000 Sign-on – Cheektowaga, NY
We are seeking a Full Time Glaucoma Specialist / Ophthalmologist to join a well-established Private Practice in Cheektowaga, New York!
DETAILS
- Full Time
- 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week
- 500 Cataract / Glaucoma cases per year
- 40-50 patients per clinic day & 10-12 cases per OR day
- OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)
- Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
- ASC with 7 OR's
- CATALYS® Precision Laser System, Optiwave Refractive Analysis (ORA) technology
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- Year 1 Base: $325,000-$400,000 + 25% after threshold
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000
- Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
- Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)
- 100% Paid Family Plan for Health & Dental Insurance
- 401k with 4% Match (eligible after 1 Year Anniversary)
- Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Specified Disease coverage

- PTO: Starts at 4 weeks
