Details
- Employed or Partnership Track (1-2 years)
- 4-Day Work Week
- Monday-Thursday
- 2-3 days of clinic + 1-2 OR days
- No Weekends, No Nights, No Call!
- 30 patients a day (volume to see more) - Large referral base
- Medical, Surgical, & Laser
- Opportunity to be trained in Lasik Correction Surgery
- Great Tech Support + Scribe can be available
- Updated Technology & EMR
- Opportunity for mentorship for new grads, if needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $300,000 Salary
- $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Up to $5,000 for Relocation
- Retirement / 401(k) Plan
- 3 weeks PTO + 3 Personal/Sick days
- Health, Dental & Life Insurance
- $3,000 for CE + 5 paid CE days
- Paid Malpractice, Licensure & DEA
- Up to $3,000 Professional Allowance for dues & associations
