We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team at ExcelCare At Dover . As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery during your shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader with long-term care/skilled nursing experience who is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a dynamic nursing team.

Shift Details:
Weekends, 7-3 or 3-11
RN Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee clinical documentation and care plans
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs
- Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomes
RN Supervisor Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
