As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation
- Providing personal hygiene and comfort care
- Assisting with feeding and nutritional supplements
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Documenting food and fluid intake and care provided
- Maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
- Transporting residents throughout the facility as needed
- Supporting nurses and other members of the care team with resident needs
- Following facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations
- Protecting resident privacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times

Requirements
- Current CNA certification/license in the state of Delaware
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a healthcare setting preferred
