About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled BCBA who shares our commitment to excellence and our passion for transforming lives through ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans that cater to our clients' unique needs
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure client success
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and client-centered care
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in our services
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $100 - $110 HOURLY
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
