As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing information and assistance with daily living tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating medical care
• Maintaining confidentiality and respecting resident rights
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and ability to work well with all people, particularly the elderly
