• Perform various laboratory tests and procedures, including accessioning, processing, and analyzing biological samples
• Ensure high-quality results are obtained, maintaining accurate records and reports
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to established safety protocols
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient workflow
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, techniques, and procedures, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
