Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in resident-centered care planning and implementation
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
