What you will be doing
- Schedule and reschedule appointments and procedures with accuracy and care
- Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and important details
- Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter
- Be the reason our providers' day run efficiently
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Organized, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks
*Calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
