As an Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) / House Supervisor, you’ll play a critical leadership role in coordinating patient care activities across departments and campuses while helping ensure safe, efficient hospital operations. This role serves as a central point of communication for staff and leadership, helping navigate patient flow, staffing needs, operational challenges, and urgent issues as they arise.

The ADCO supports regulatory, quality, and safety priorities, helps ensure standards of care and professional practice are met, and serves as the administrator designee in the absence of the administrator on call. Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
• 2-3 years of related experience in the acute care setting
