Physician- Primary Care

Deaconess Kentucky Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established Jennie Stuart Family Medicine practice located at the Burley at Griffin Gate property in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, community-based practice while being supported by the resources, specialists, and stability of Deaconess Health System.

This position is ideal for a new graduate or experienced physician looking for a collaborative team environment, strong clinical support, plus strong support and true work-life balance with a 4.5-day work week and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in a welcoming Kentucky community.

Practice Highlights

• Established practice with 1 DO and a current patient panel of approximately 2,200
• Current provider averaging approximately 6,000 wRVUs annually
• High-volume practice averaging 20–25 patients per day
• Fully staffed with 2 MAs and front desk support
• Dedicated Practice Manager and strong clinic resources
• Very flexible scheduling options, including 15/30-minute, or 20/40-minute appointment templates
• Convenient location with easy access for patients

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 guaranteed salary (12 months) + opportunity for productivity bonus
• Competitive sign-on bonus: $50,000 for a 5-year commitment or $36,000 for a 3-year commitment
• Residency stipend: $2,000/month
• 5 weeks of paid vacation
• 1 week of CME
• $3,500 annual CME/professional allowance

• Student loan repayment up to $90,0000 with 5 year contract
• Up to $15,000 Relocation assistance
