Registered Nurse (RN) Facility: Cypress Garden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation Location: Flushing, NY Shift: All Shifts Available Salary: Up to $52/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Support Leadership: Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to facility policies and state regulations.
- Staff Oversight: Mentor and guide nursing personnel to uphold job standards, professional conduct, and best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Take part in and facilitate government and accreditation surveys, ensuring our facility meets or exceeds all requirements.
- Quality Rounds: Conduct daily rounds to monitor care delivery, address clinical concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve staff complaints and grievances with professionalism and discretion, escalating to the Director of Nursing Services as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Active RN license in New York State
Current CPR certification
- 2+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related clinical setting
- Exceptional clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team environment
