Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at our 235-bed facility in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide care in both long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehabilitation programs. Our patients come from area hospitals including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital, and Ivy-stone Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Implement and modify therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote recovery and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapist (OT) from an accredited program
- Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
- Hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
