Your Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or clinic setting.
- Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
- Track client progress through accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with families and team members.
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Range: $22 – $29/hour
- Full-time or part-time roles available
- Flexible shifts tailored to your availability
- Service Area: Boyds, MD (20841) and surrounding areas
Requirements
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain - we’ll help!)
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
