Job Summary

Case Manager Supervisor in the specialty of CMSUPV - for a healthcare organization in the designated location. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and clinical management of the Case Management, Utilization Review, and Social Work departments, with a focus on discharge planning, care coordination, and high-risk patient processes. The position requires strong leadership to develop staff, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiencies.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Manager of the Clinical Resource Department manages the day-to-day functions and clinical operations of case management, social services, and clinical documentation teams. Responsibilities include overseeing discharge planning, utilization management, and care coordination/high risk patient processes while maintaining operational integrity.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license, a minimum of 3 years of acute care experience within the past 5 years, clinical experience in a hospital setting or case management, knowledge of InterQual or equivalent systems, and certification in Case Management or Clinical Documentation Integrity preferred.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role entails developing and conducting ongoing education and process improvements for staff, managing program compliance, analyzing operational metrics, and staying current with regulatory changes in case management. Experience in process improvement, development of educational programs, and familiarity with CMS regulations are highly valued.
