Travel Operating Room Tech - Roswell, GA

Travel assignment, 13 weeks, 12hr days, 36 hours a week, starting November 16, 2026.

Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $1,389 a week in all, a taxable rate of $15 an hour plus $849.11 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Job Summary

Operating Room position. This role supports surgical procedures through detailed preparation, collaboration with healthcare providers, and delivery of safe, efficient patient care. The position requires strong communication, critical-thinking, multitasking, and basic computer skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), American Red Cross Basic Life Support, or Basic Life Support - Instructor certification; Certified Surgical Technologist, Tech in Surgery - Certified, Certified Surgical First Assistant, or Certified Surgical Assistant certification; national certification; ability to read, write, and speak English; strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, delegation, collaboration, detail orientation, critical-thinking, and computer skills; knowledge of surgical procedures; ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Schedule: Day shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The schedule may include four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Call coverage is required three times per month, including one 24-hour weekend call.
