Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Bennington, Vermont. This is a great opportunity for experienced LNAs as well as new graduates looking for competitive pay, stability, and a supportive work environment.
We welcome qualified candidates from Vermont, New York, and Massachusetts and can provide guidance with Vermont license transfers.

Key Responsibilities
As an LNA, you will
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care
- Support nursing staff with daily clinical tasks
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence
Requirements
Active Vermont LNA License
OR
- Eligible for Vermont licensure
- NY and MA candidates are encouraged to apply, with support available for license transfer
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
