About the Hospitality Aide Role
As a Hospitality Aide, you’ll assist with essential non-clinical duties while you learn the ropes of long-term care. Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering linens, stocking supplies, and assisting with meals
- Supporting resident comfort with light cleaning and organizing
- Responding to resident needs within the limits of the role
- Providing assistance to the care team as allowed
- Participating in a structured path toward CNA certification
