Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Riverside, CA | $40–$45/hour
Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide in-person support to patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).
Responsibilities
- Provide social work assessments and support tailored to patients’ needs
- Help patients and families navigate care resources and address psychosocial concerns
- Coordinate with facility staff and the healthcare team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California LCSW license
- Experience with older adults, medically complex patients, or palliative care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to in-person visits
Position Details
- Pay: $40–$45/hour
- Schedule: 1 day per week | 8-10 hours per day
- Setting: Assisted Living Facilities
- Location: Jurupa Valley, CA
