Home Health Registered Nurse | Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice
$41.00 - $43.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 40hrs per week
Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | Occasional On-Call Rotations

Delivering Solutions that Matter
- Provide kind, compassionate care to residents in home or assisted living settings.
- Observe residents and chart/report changes such as response to medication or treatment.
- Perform basic resident care or treatments, including temperature and blood pressure monitoring
- Support palliative and hospice care needs, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional/spiritual suppor t
Qualifications for Success
- Current, unencumbered MA RN License
- Minimum 1-year RN experience
- Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
