About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Psyd), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Ossining, NY. As a clinician with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work in a compassionate and cost-effective manner to deliver evidence-based treatments to individuals and groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Psychologist (Psyd, Phd), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York
- Must have a strong clinical background and experience working with older adult patients
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
