Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time or part-time schedules
  • Create your own hours (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
  • No nights, weekends, or on-call
  • Work close to home near facilities
  • Steady, reliable caseload with no cancellations
  • Great for newly licensed LMFTs or those seeking supplemental income

What You’ll Do

  • Provide therapy and behavioral health services to adults and seniors
  • Work in skilled nursing and rehab settings
  • Manage your caseload independently within an integrated care team
  • Customize treatment plans and focus fully on patient care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree
