We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to our clients and their families. This includes:

• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing ABA interventions to address behavioral challenges
• Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and company initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, or community-based settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals
• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in ABA
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or BCaBA
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and related disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
