At Champions ABA, our mission is to empower children and families through compassionate, individualized ABA services. We are seeking a caring and motivated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support an immediate in-home case in Easton, MA .

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Through engaging and evidence-based teaching strategies, you will help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while making a meaningful impact on their growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RBT certification preferred but not required
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors
