Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate LNAs to join our team. We are currently hiring for Per Diem / PRN positions - offering true flexibility. Work when it fits your schedule!

Schedule : Per Diem/PRN – Flexible Scheduling (Work Your Own Hours!)

Pay Range : LNA $23 - 29, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets

What We’re Looking For

• Current, valid LNA license in the state of New Hampshire
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
