About Carry On Therapy

Carry On Therapy provides ABA services centered around real life and the needs of each family. We take the time to understand each client’s routines, strengths, and goals so services feel practical, meaningful, and supportive rather than overwhelming. We value collaboration, ethical practice, and creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported.

Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hands-on clinical supervision inside our Cordova clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being present on the treatment floor, coaching RBTs in real time, and directly supporting learner progress.

This is a 100% clinical position focused on treatment quality, behavior plans, clinical programming, and staff guidance. There are no scheduling, operational, or administrative responsibilities. The Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director oversee clinic operations, allowing the BCBA to focus on providing quality clinical care.

Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide active, in-person supervision on the clinic floor
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Coach, train, and guide RBTs during sessions in real time
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and learner progress
  • Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions
  • Support behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
  • Participate in clinical case reviews with the Clinical Director
  • Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, state requirements, and company policies

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director
  • Focuses exclusively on clinical programming, treatment quality, staff supervision, and learner progress
  • Does not include scheduling, clinic operations, or other administrative responsibilities

BCBA Benefits

  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Weekly pay on Tuesday
  • $250 hire-on bonus after 60 days of active employment serving clients
  • One hour of non-billable time for every 10 billable hours
  • Non-billable time must be used the following week and does not roll over
  • Paid monthly team meeting held every fourth Friday
  • $30 assessment bonus for each assessment submitted within two weeks of the initial parent interview or when billing begins for the assessment, whichever comes first
  • Referral bonus opportunities

Referral bonuses are paid once the referred RBT or BCBA completes at least 60 days of employment

  • Tuition discount through our partnership with Purdue Global
  • Ongoing clinical support and mentorship
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership
  • Administrative and credentialing support
  • A collaborative and supportive clinical team environment
  • Ability to focus fully on clinical care without scheduling or operational responsibilities

Compensation and Schedule

  • Location: Cordova, Tennessee
  • Work Setting: In-person clinic role
  • Pay Range: $70–$85 per hour
  • Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Role Type: Hands-on clinical supervision, treatment programming, and behavior-plan oversight

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Active Tennessee LBA/LBS licensure required
  • Active Tennessee Medicaid Provider ID required
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Experience supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills
  • Ability to provide effective feedback and coaching in a clinic environment
  • A passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
  • Ability to pass required background checks and maintain eligibility to work in the United States
